MSc. Dan Banica

Dan Banica graduated with a BSc degree in 2010 from Politehnica University of Bucharest. In 2012 he received his MSc Degree in Artificial Intelligence, at the same University. He worked at Adobe from July 2010 to September 2012, being part of the Business Optimization team, where some of the research initiatives involved machine learning and computer vision techniques. Both during high school and also during college, Dan obtained multiple prizes in national and international mathematics contests. He also enjoys participating in competitive programming contests online, on sites such as TopCoder. His hobbies include table tennis (being part of the university team for a few years), soccer, chess and literature.
